Non-formal education learning environment: An antidote for employment opportunities for youths in communities in Anambra State, Nigeria

Abstract
This paper focuses on the initiation and promotion of non-formal education in all communities for youths in order to reduce the rate of unemployment in Anambra State using non-formal education learning environments. It focuses on the initiation and institutionalization of vocational, technical, and agricultural learning environments for practical learning and the up scaling of indigenous industries for employment amongst youths in all communities in Anambra State.
