Employee performance at eastern shop Nigerian limited and the effect of training

Abstract
Training programs aid workers in increasing their
productivity and success at work. Additionally, training might help the
employee get the necessary abilities for a particular role. Nowadays, a lot of
businesses work to give their staff training opportunities to help them reach
specific objectives. One of the variables that can impact employee performance
is discovered to be training. This study examines how training affects Eastern
Condiments Private Limited employees' performance. The data was gathered using
a structured questionnaire and a convenience sample technique. To examine the
relationship between the two variables, training and employee performance, the
research used a correlation technique. There is overwhelming proof that the
organization's training initiatives have a favorable impact on personnel
