Abstract
Study this explains the Implementation
management source Power Human at the Faculty of Law, Indonesian Christian
University, Tomohon. Research methods used in the study this is an approach
descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through
observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are
an analysis model Miles and Huberman, data reduction, data presentation, and
withdrawal conclusion or verification. Research results show that

planning, recruitment, selection and placement, training and development,
evaluation, and supervision.
