This research is targeted to find and study impacts of professionalism in teaching. Role of teacher is based on a body of knowledge, usable skills and a commitment to the student developmental tasks. Advancement in knowledge in different subject areas and revolution of information and communication technology is placing new demands. Role of teacher is diversified and multidimensional. Teacher can perform their role if they continue to update and upgrade their professional competence.
